We are a registered recruitment company in West Bačka, Serbia. We connect international candidates with verified Serbian employers across manufacturing, logistics, food processing, construction, hospitality and care services.
We place workers exclusively in Serbia. Our office in West Bačka manages all placements with verified Serbian employers.
A valid passport with at least two years of remaining validity, national identity documents, educational or vocational certificates, employment references, a medical fitness certificate and passport photographs.
Yes. Every candidate receives a written employment contract before any placement is confirmed. The contract specifies the role, salary, duration, working conditions and benefits.
Most placements are completed within six to twelve weeks of an employer confirming a candidate selection.
Currently all our placements are within Serbia. Our registered office is in West Bačka and all employer partnerships are with Serbian-based businesses.
Employers contact our West Bačka office by phone or email. We request a formal staffing requirement document and conduct employer verification before beginning candidate sourcing.
Our team remains available throughout the placement period. We act as an intermediary where necessary and work with the relevant parties to resolve issues professionally.
Most roles require candidates between 21 and 45. Specific requirements vary by role and are stated on each job listing.
